    Very Good
I just used 3 tsp Keens curry powder & excluded coriander and cumin as I had none -it was mild but still yummy. Would be nice with chicken or prawns. I used 2*270g tins of light coconut milk and cooked on high from lunch time. I served with Couscous for a quick prep after exercise. - 1/22/09
