Ingredients

1 serving Bumble Bee Chunk Light Tuna in Water, 3 oz can drained
2 serving StarKist Tuna Solid White Albacore Tuna 3.0oz cn
5.5 oz Onion, sweet, raw
4 stalk, large (11"-12" long) Celery, raw
4 tbsp Trader Joe's Dried Fruit Dried Cranberries (4 Tbsp or 1/4 Cup)
.66 tbsp Heinz Sweet Pickle Relish
2 tbsp Best Food Mayonnaise w/Olive Oil (by KARIGM)
3 serving Eggs - Jumbo Grade A Eggs - California Ranch Fresh - 1 Egg = 1 Serving (63g)
Directions
Hard boil the eggs. While eggs are boiling: Chop onion into ½-inch pieces. Cut off ends of celery stalks and chop remaining stalks into ¼-inch pieces.
Drain tuna salad cans and empty tuna into a large bowl. Break up the tuna. Add mayonnaise and pickle relish.
When eggs are finished boiling, cool in ice water. When cool, chop into ½-inch pieces. Fold eggs and other chopped ingredients and cranberries into the tuna mixture.
Stir to combine; shake on salt and pepper to taste if desired.
Serving Size: Makes 4 1-cup servings.
