Ingredients

    1 pound of lean ground pork or pork tenderloin
    1 tblsp minced red onion
    1 1/2 tsp minced garlic
    1/2 tsp dried thyme
    1/4 tsp ground sage
    1/4 tsp cayenne
    1/4 tsp ground black pepper
    1/8 tsp salt

Directions

In a mixing bowl combine all the ingredients. Divide into equal parts and roll into balls, flat each one and cook about 15 mins.
