    1.5 cup Whole Wheat Flour
    1.0 tbsp Bob's Red Mill - Organic Whole Ground Flax Seed Meal
    1.0 cup (8 fl oz) Water, tap
    1.0 tsp Caraway Seed
    0.5 tsp Salt
    1 tsp Olive Oil

Directions

Knead dough by mixing all the ingredients. Flatten into circles and pan roast.
