Introduction

Ingredients

    2 lbs of Lean Ground Beef
    2 Whole Sweet Onions, Chopped
    2 46oz Cans 100% Tomato Juice
    4 15oz Cans Dark Red Kidney Beans (Drained)
    4 tbsp Chili powder (or to taste)

Directions

In an 8-quart stockpot, brown the ground beef, draining when done. Add the remaining ingredients. Cook the chili down until it has reached your desired consistancy. I usually cook my chili for a couple of hours until it is nice and thick. You can add whatever other seasonings you like to make the chili more to your taste.
