    1.5 cup Egg White--All Whites 100% liquid egg whites
    1.5 cup, chopped Sweet peppers (bell)
    0.5 cup, chopped Onions, raw
    1.0 cup, pieces or slices Mushrooms, fresh
    0.25 cup, sliced Jalapeno Peppers
    2.0 cup Cheese - Kraft Shredded Cheddar Cheese

Directions

Brown ground turkey Add jalapeno Add seasoning of your choice Mix eggs and egg whites with remaining ingredients put on top of ground turkey and bake at 375 for 35 minutes
