Introduction

I use these for a breakfast prep. They don't last long in the frig so I freeze some and microwave later. It makes 13. Ingredients

    2 cup Spinach, fresh
    1 large (2-1/4 per lb, approx 3- Peppers, sweet, red, fresh
    1 large Onions, raw
    12 medium Egg, fresh, whole, raw

Tips

You can add cheese or others ingredents as you want. I was trying to keep the calories down.


Directions

mince peppers and onion
fine chop spinach
whisk all everything together
bake at 300 till done
I suggest using cupcake liners for easier cleaning
