Ingredients

    992.0 Grams Ham, extra lean, (5% fat)
    1700.0 Grams Beans, black
    415.0 Grams Brown Rice, medium grain
    3.0 tbsp cajun seasonings

Directions

Pressure cook everything except rice. Add cooled cooked rice and let sit for 10 minutes. Serving Size: 1 cup Edit:original recipe was way too hot! And we like it hot. I edited it leaving out the jalapeņo and only 3 Tablespoons of Cajun seasonings instead of 4.
