Ingredients

    1 Quart low-fat plain yogurt
    2 cups low fat chicken broth
    1 small seedless cucumber, peeled, leaving some of the green skin on, cut into small dice
    1/4 cup thinly sliced green onions, tops only
    1 Tbs. rice wine vinegar
    2 Tps. chopped fresh dill

Directions

Chop dill. Mix all ingredients in a large bowl, season to taste with salt and pepper. Serve or refrigerate until ready to serve
