Ingredients

    Cooking spray
    1 cup uncooked long grain rice
    1.5 lb Chicken breast, cut into bite-sized pieces
    2 cups chopped Broccoli
    1 can Campbells Cream of Mushroom Soup
    1 cup water
    Sprinkle of seasoned salt of choice
    Black, white and cayenne pepper

Tips

Prep time includes resting time after cooking.


Directions

Spray 9x11x2in casserole dish with cooking spray. Pour rice evenly into dish. Tope with cut up chicken and broccoli. Mix soup and water and pour over chicken rice and broccoli mixture. Sprinkle seasonings over the top. Cover with foil and bake 45 minutes or until rice and chicken are done. Let sit for 10 minutes before serving.
