Ingredients

    1 lb Pork chops, trimmed
    10.5 oz can Healthy Request Cream of Mushroom Soup
    1/2 cup Carnation Evaporated Milk Vitamin D added (canned milk)
    1 tsp Worcestershire Sauce
    1 small Onion diced
    1/4 cup diced Celery
    1 cup sliced Mushrooms
    1/2 tsp Sage, ground
    1/2 tsp Garlic powder
    1/2 tsp Rosemary, dried
    536 grams Potato, raw
    1 tsp Parsley, dried

Directions

Preheat oven to 350F.
In a large skillet, brown pork chops; remove and set aside.
Add soup, milk, Worcestershire, onions, celery, mushrooms and seasonings to skillet. Cook about 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.
In a 2-qt oven-safe dish, alternate layers of potatoes and soup mixture. Place pork chops on top layer of potatoes.
Cover and bake for 1 hour 15 minutes.
Serve warm.

Serving Size: 1 chop plus 1/4 pan potatoes
