Ingredients

6 serving Bob's Red Mill Almond Flour - per 1/4 Cup
.25 tsp Salt
.25 tsp Baking Soda
.3 cup, shredded Cheddar Cheese
.25 tsp Paprika
30 grams Ham, regular (11% fat)
40 grams Butter, salted
.35 cup Coconut Milk (Silk)
1 serving Pesto, Priano ALLA GENOVESE PESTO, 2tbs (30g)
1 tsp Grey Poupon Dijon Mustard
2 medium Egg, fresh, whole, raw
Tips
Can be reheated in microwave.
Directions
1. Preheat your oven to 180c. Start by mixing your dry ingredients together (top section) in one bowl.
2. Melt your butter in separate bowl, pour coconut milk into cool it down then add the rest of your wet ingredients. If you feel the mixture is too dry, add some extra coconut milk.
3. Measure into non-stick (or well greased/silicone) muffin tray and bake for 18-20 minutes or until cooked through.
4. Serve warm.
