    *Whole Wheat Flour, 2 cup
    Banana, fresh, 3 medium (7" to 7-7/8" long)
    Pecans, 1 cup, chopped
    semi sweet chocolate chips, 1 Bag you can by Vegan Choc chips.
    Applesauce, unsweetened, 1 cup
    Baking Soda, 1 tsp
    Vanilla Extract, 1 tsp
    **Flax Seed Meal (ground flax), 4 tbsp
    and I also add some Hemp Seeds. 3 Tbsp.
    1/2 C Rice Syrup Or you can use Splenda
    Silk, Vanilla Soymilk, 1 cup, .25 serving (remove)


Re Heat oven to 350 Bake 20 to 25 Mins.

Mix all ingredents in a Large bowl.
Spray Muffin Pans with non stick Cooking Spray extra Virgin Olive Oil.
Fill each one half way and Bake for 20 to 25 mins..
