Ingredients

    4 serving Bob's Red Mill Almond Flour - per 1/4 Cup
    1 cup Aldi's Happy Farms Shredded Mild Cheddar Cheese (1/4 C)
    4 serving Cheese, Mozzarella, Part Skim, Kroger (shredded, 1/4 cup)
    4 large Egg, fresh, whole, raw
    1 tsp Baking Powder

Tips

Add garlic powder or fresh minced garlic with salt to taste for a great substitution for Red Lobster's Cheddar Bay Biscuits...also reduce size of cheese buns to a spoonful for each biscuit. This changes nurtritional value.


Directions

Combine all ingredients and bake at 400 degrees F for 15 minutes.
