Ingredients

    1 serving Bread, Arnold's 100% Whole Wheat Bread
    1 large Egg, fresh, whole, raw
    .25 tsp Cinnamon, ground
    1 tsp Vanilla Extract
    2 tsp Dark Brown Sugar, Pure Cane Sugar
    .25 cup Milk, 3.25%
    .25 cup (8 fl oz) Water, tap

Tips

I use my know there are a lot of ways to lower the calories but I live on a farm and want to use my own milk. My mom taught me this recipe when I was in high school.


Directions

Whip egg, vanilla, milk, water, brown sugar, and cinnamon together. Pour over cubed bread pieces that are in a 1 cup greased glass baking dish. Set dish in a pan with some water 1 inch deep. Bake 350 degrees till set.
