Ingredients

    2 cup Libbys Pumpkin Puree (by JKJ599)
    2 large Egg, fresh, whole, raw
    .75 cup Granulated Sugar
    .50 tsp Salt (table) (by CYNDYY1)
    1 tsp Cinnamon, ground
    .50 tsp Ginger, ground
    .25 tsp Cloves, ground
    12 fl oz Milk, canned, evaporated
    1 serving Tenderflake Pie Shell (1 shell) (by 2QUILTS4ME)

Tips

Cooking time may take a bit more...depends on your stove.
Check with knife insert near center and if it comes out clean...done.


Directions

Preheat oven to 425 degrees. Mix filling ingredients in order given. Pour into pie shell and Bake 15 minutes...reduce heat and continue baking 45 minutes or until knife inserted near center comes out clean. Cool completely an if desired add lite cool whip (but count those calories as not listed in recipe).
