Number of Servings: 6


    1 pkg. fresh spinach (10 oz)
    4 green onions, chopped
    1 pkg oriental ramen noodles
    3 tblsp olive oil
    2 tblsp brown sugar
    2 tblsp rice wine vinegar
    2 tbslp soy sauce
    2 tblsp sesame seeds
    2 oz sliced almonds

    Toast sesame seeds, crushed ramen noodles and almonds with 1 T olive oil. Let cool.

    Crunch up the ramen noodles (I put them in a bag and tap them with a hammer)

    Mix spinach with chopped green onions and the dry roasted mixture from above.

    Dressing: Mix the soy sauce, brown sugar, vinegar, and remaining olive oil together and toss with the salad.

    This is a taste that you will crave again and again!
