    1 serving CM Organic Pasture Raised Brown Eggs (1 egg)
    1 serving Morton Lite Salt (.25 tsp.)
    1.75 cup HEB Whole Milk Mozzarella (.25 cup)

Microwave cheeses and almond flour 1 min
Stir and microwave 30 seconds
Add egg, salt and any seasonings you want
Roll out between 2 pieces of parchment paper
425F for 5 minutes on each side.
