Ingredients

16 oz Eckrich Polska Keilbasa, Pork,Turkey,Beef (by DANCINGRITA2)
8 large Egg, fresh, whole, raw
2 plum tomato Tomatoes, red, ripe, raw, year round average
1 tsp Salt
1 tsp Pepper, black
2 serving Cheese-Velveeta slices Original flavor ---PR (1 slice)
Tips
You don't need to add salt or cheese, just preferred in my family
Directions
Slice Kielbasa. Dice tomato.
Cook Keilbasa in pan on 3 or ( high low heat- almost medium flame).
Add 3/4 cup of water. Cook until all the water is gone. Add whisked eggs to pan, add tomato. Let cook for 3-5 minutes and mix the ingredients together until all eggs are cooked. Add salt and pepper and top with cheese. Turn off the heat and let he cheese melt. Then Serve.
Serving Size: Makes 7 - 8 oz. servings
