Ingredients

16 oz Italian Sausage, Bulk (by LDERSCH)
224 grams Mushrooms, fresh (8 oz)
4 large Egg, fresh, whole, raw
.5 cup, fluid (yields 2 cups whip Heavy Whipping Cream
76 gram rao's pizza sauce (by DOXBOX)
.25 tsp Garlic powder
.5 tsp McCoringmick's Italian Season (by GRACELANDII)
100 grams Pepperoni (3.5 oz)
2 oz Green bell pepper (chopped)
8 oz Mozzarella Cheese, whole milk (shredded)
1 oz Red Onion (slivered)
Directions
1) preheat oven to 350 degrees
2) Brown sausage with the mushrooms. Drain grease
3) Whisk eggs, cream, pizza sauce and seasonings together in a bowl.
4) Grease a 9"x 9" pan.
5) Mix the sausage/mushroom, green peppers, 3/4 of the Mozzerella cheese and eggs mixture together and pour into pan. Put pepperoni and onions on top. Cover with remaining cheese.
6) Bake for 45 to 60 minutes.
Serving Size: makes 6 serving out of a 9"x 9" pan
