Ingredients

    1 lb. red potatoes, cut into thin wedges
    2 cups baby carrots
    2 cups green beans
    1/4 cup KRAFT Zesty Italian Dressing
    1/4 cup KRAFT Grated Parmesan Cheese, divided
    1 pkt. SHAKE 'N BAKE Chicken Coating Mix
    4 chicken leg/thigh quarters

Directions

1) Preheat oven to 400F. Toss vegetables with dressing. Spread into foil-lined 15x10x1-inch baking pan.

3) Bake 50 min. to 1 hour or until chicken is cooked through (180F) and vegetables are tender. Sprinkle vegetables with remaining 1 Tbsp. Parmesan cheese.
