Introduction

Not too sweet. Kind of like muffin tops from banana muffins. Not too sweet. Kind of like muffin tops from banana muffins.

Ingredients

    3 medium (7" to 7-7/8" long) Banana, fresh
    2 cup Quaker Oats 100% Whole Grain Quaker Oats - Quick
    .33 cup Applesauce, sweetened
    1 large Egg, fresh, whole, raw
    .25 cup (8 fl oz) Water, tap
    .25 cup (not packed) Raisins
    4 tbsp chopped walnuts
    1 tsp Vanilla Extract
    1 tsp Cinnamon, ground
    4 serving Nestle Semisweet Chocolate Chips, 1 tbsp

Directions

Line cookie sheet with parchment paper. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Mix all ingredients together. Drop by large tablespoonful (cookies do not spread when baked). Bake at 350 degrees F for 15-18 minutes until lightly browned. Makes about 13 cookies.
