Ingredients

    80 oz Ground beef, extra lean (15% fat) pan broiled
    1 cup Tomato Sauce
    1 tbsp Chili powder
    1 tbsp Cumin - Ground, McCormick (1 tbsp) (by MIKEGINA)
    1 tsp Salt
    .25 tsp Garlic powder

Tips

you can make less but I like to make this much, makes quick burritos or tacos or taco salads when you have been working all day.


Directions

brown ground beef, stir in tomato sauce and seasonings and simmer for 20 minutes. Serve in taco shells or Flour Tortillas or in Salad with salsa as your dressing.
