Ingredients

    16 oz boneless skinless chicken thigh (about 4 large)
    1/4 cup Dijon mustard
    1/4 Ideal Protein Maple Flavoured Syrup
    3/4 teaspoon garlic powder
    2 tablespoons Apple Cider Vinegar
    Salt and pepper, to taste
    Cooking Spray

Directions

Preheat oven to 450 degrees. Place the mustard, maple syrup, garlic powder and vinegar in a bowl and mix. Salt and pepper both sides of the chicken thighs, rub into the meat. Place chicken in a sprayed baking dish large enough to accommodate thighs. Pour half the mustard mixture over the thighs and spread to cover. Flip the meat and pour remaining mixture over the top and spread to cover. Bake for 40 minutes or until a temperature reaches 165 in the thickest part of the thigh
