Ingredients

    1.5 cup Quaker Oats Old-Fashioned Rolled Oats
    1 serving EAS whey protein - 1 scoop=30gr or 23gr of dry powder = protein and 130 calories
    .5 tsp Cinnamon, ground
    .5 cup Peanut Butter, smooth style, with salt
    3 tbsp Honey
    1 tsp Vanilla extract, imitation, alcohol
    .33 cup, packed Raisins
    3 oz Almond Breeze Almond Milk, Vanilla

Directions

mix all together, roll into balls and refrigerate
