Ingredients

1 medium (2-1/2" dia) Onions, raw
0.5 cup Great value bread crumbs plain
0.50 cup Flour - Gold medal all purpose flour
0.5 tsp Baking Powder
0.25 tsp Pepper, black
0.75 cup Milk, 2%, with added nonfat milk solids, without added vit A
1 serving Egg white, large
Directions
Preheat oven to 4oo degrees. Spray baking sheet with olive oil spray. Set aside.
Cut onion into rings. The thickness is up to what you desire.
In a medium bowl mix together bread crumbs, flour, pepper and baking powder.
Add the onion rings to the flour mixture and toss. Make sure they are all covered. Remove from the mix an dplace on a plate.
In another bowl whisk together milk and egg white. Add to the flour mixture. Mix well.
Dip onion rings in the batter and shake excess mix off them. Place on the baking sheet. Cook in oven for 8 minutes. Flip rings over and cook for an additional 6 minutes.
Remove from oven and enjoy!
