Ingredients

    2 serving Perdue Boneless, Skinless Chicken Breast, 1 filet, 4.8 oz.
    1 serving Hillshire Farm Deli Select Black Forest Ham Ultra Thin 2oz (56g)
    2 oz Mozzarella Cheese, part skim milk
    1.5 1tsp Grapeseed Oil
    1 pat (1" sq, 1/3" high) Butter, salted
    1 tbsp Wegmans Pan Searing Flour (by C4JORDAN)
    .5 cup (8 fl oz) Chicken Broth
    .66 tbsp Cream heavy 1 TBSP
    1 oz Almond Breeze Almond Milk, Unsweetened Original, shelf stable
    .0625 cup Flour, white
    .125 cup Spinach, fresh

Directions

Pat chicken filets dry. Add 1 slice ham, 1 slice cheese and 1/2 the chopped fresh baby Spinach to half of filet then fold over. Holding tightly sprinkle with searing flour.

Heat Oil and Butter in Skillet. Brown Chicken on Both Sides.

Place chicken in shallow baking pan and bake at 350 degrees until no longer pink. 20 minutes.

In skillet add chicken broth, cream, milk. Whisk in flour and heat until thickened scrapping sides and bottom of pan to get all the flavors into the sauce.
