Ingredients

    4 oz Almonds (whole, raw, Kirkland brand)
    16 oz Purified Drinking Water
    1 cup (8 fl oz) Water, tap

Tips

If you would like you can add honey or sweetener when you blend,but then it will not be whole 30 compliant, and nutrition facts will change.


Directions

Place almonds in bowl, cover 1inch over with tap water.

Let soak 2 hours covered out on counter, or up to two days in the refrigerator.

Drain off tap water, and raise with cold water.

Place in blender, add 2 cups purified water, and blend till finely ground.

Pour through fine strainer or nut bag. Place milk in container and refrigerate for use.

You may want to dehydrate the ground nut meat to use as almond flour for baking.
