    8.0 tbsp Egg Whites - Great Value 100% Liquid
    0.5 tsp Salt
    1.75 cup Milk, 2%, with added nonfat milk solids, without added vit A
    6.0 tbsp Crisco Pure Vegetable Oil
    6.0 tsp Granulated Sugar
    3.0 tsp Baking Powder

Directions

Mix all ingredients in bowl, allow to rest for 5 minutes. Pour into hot iron by 1/2 cup scoops.
