A homemade version of my favorite takeout pizza! A homemade version of my favorite takeout pizza!

Ingredients

    1 pkg. Portland Pie Co garlic pizza dough
    4 tbsp SAN-J Thai peanut sauce
    1 Chicken Breast (cooked), no skin, roasted
    4 cloves Garlic, minced
    8 oz Mozzarella Cheese, part skim milk
    1 Bell Pepper, orange or yellow, cut into small pieces

Directions

Preheat oven to 475. While oven is heating, remove dough from fridge to allow to warm to room temperature. Hand toss crust Place on floured pizza stone Add cheese , spread 2 oz peanut sauce Toss remaining peanut sauce with chicken, peppers, and garlic Add mixture to top of pizza Bake at 475 for 10-15 min
