if you are not in Greece- nounou telia is an ultra-light cream... use low fat sour cream instead
Directions
preheat oven at 180... steam the cauliflower. put aside. Heat 100 ml of water in a saucepan. Mix all ingredients apart from the cheese. add in the water. boil until thick. put cauliflower in a casserole dish. pour the cream on top.
Crumble the cheese on top. bake for 35 min
