    12 serving Duncan Hines spice cake, baked, 1/12 of cake
    1.75 cup Libby's 100% pure canned pumpkin
    6 serving Ghirardelli Chocolate 60& Bittersweet Chocolate Chips (16 chips 1.5 grams)
    1.15 serving Ghirardelli White Chocolate Wafers (18 wafers)


I freeze mine in the muffin pans and then store them all in a large ziplock freezer bag in the freezer. I pull out one or two and heat in the microwave for an easy snack. You can add more or less pumpkin for more moist muffins.


Mix box of cake mix with 1.75 oz of pumpkin (I bake 2 batches and half the big can). Spoon into muffin liners and add 1 white chocolate wafer down upright down the center and 4 dark chocolate chips. Bake according to directions plus 5 minutes.
