Ingredients

    0.25 cup, shredded Cheddar Cheese
    0.33 cup Sour Cream
    0.5 cup Milk, 3.25%
    1.0 can (10.75 oz) Cream of Mushroom Soup
    3.0 cup Cauliflower, raw
    1.0 medium (2-1/2" dia) Onions, raw
    1.0 package (10 oz) Mixed Vegetables, frozen
    16.0 oz Turkey, Ground turkey, 93% lean

Directions

Cook meat with onions, add spices (I used garlic, pepper, and Penzeys mural of flavor), veggies, soup, and milk. Steam cauliflower and mash with sour cream and cheese. Top pie with cauliflower mash. Bake at 400 for 20 minutes Serving Size: 4 servings
