Ingredients

    16 oz Tyson boneless, skinless chicken breast
    1 cup Bell peppers (Green, Red, Yellow, Orange)
    1 cup, chopped Onions, raw
    1 cup Sweet Corn, Fresh
    4 cup Brown Rice, medium grain
    1 cup Bush's, Black Beans
    100 grams Cilantro, raw
    2 cup, shredded Romaine Lettuce (salad)

Directions

Stir fry veggies
cook chicken with cilantro
cook rice in instapot with cilantro
mix veggies and chicken together
place one cup rice, a scoop of the chicken mix, black beans and romaine lettuce in bowl
