Introduction

Ingredients

    3 medium (7" to 7-7/8" long) Banana, fresh
    16 tbsp JIF creamy peanut butter
    0.25 cup Honey
    1 serving(s) Cinammon 1 tsp
    1 Serving(s) Vanilla extract 1 tsp
    2 cup Oats, Quaker
    1 cup, ground almonds

Directions

Mix bananas, peanut butter, honey, cinnamon, and vanilla until very smooth. Add nuts or seeds and mix until combined. Pour batter onto parchment covered baking dish. Press and flatten with spatula until evenly distributed. Bake at 350 for 30 minutes. Allow to cool before cutting into bars. Wrap in plastic wrap. Store at room temperature for a week or refrigerate for 2 weeks or more. Serving Size: Makes 18 1 bar servings
