Ingredients

    1 pound Jennie-O Lean Ground Turkey
    1 package Uncle bens ready whole grain medley brown and wild rice
    5 Green Bell Peppers
    2 cans Great Value Chili Beans with sauce
    2 large cans DelMonte Tomato Sauce, with onions, green peppers, and celery

Directions

Cook ground turkey in a saute pan and rice separately in microwave, drain ground turkey. Stir rice and beans into turkey and set aside.

Cut tops off of green peppers, remove seeds and ribs. Spoon turkey mixutre from pan into peppers and bottom of large crock pot. Put any extra turkey mixture around peppers and pour tomato sauce around and on top of peppers.

Cover and cook on low 4-6 hours. Enjoy.
