Ingredients

    12.0 large Egg, fresh, whole, raw
    6.0 cup, chopped or diced Broccoli, fresh
    1.0 cup Mozzarella Cheese (1/4 cup) Aldi Happy Farms
    38.0 oz black forest ham

Directions

Heat oven to 375. Spray 9x13 casserole dish with non stick spray. Cook broccoli for 2 mins, just til tender. Layer broccoli, diced ham, mozzarella; season. Pour beaten egg over top. Use a fork to "stir" the mixture just til coated with egg. Bake 35-45 mins, till mixture set and top lightly brown. Serving Size: Bakes in a 9x13 baking dish, makes 8 servings
