Introduction

These are small "2 bite" soft cookies. Not very sweet. These are small "2 bite" soft cookies. Not very sweet.
Number of Servings: 52

Ingredients

    1 cup Mixed Nuts
    1.25 cup Flour all purpose flour
    .50 cup Granulated Sugar
    3 tbsp Molasses, blackstrap
    3 tbsp PBfit peanut butter powder
    1 cup Pure Coconut Oil
    2 large Egg
    1 tbsp Vanilla Extract

Directions

Grind mixed nuts to a coarse powder. (I used a blender) Blend coconut oil, molasses, eggs and vanilla. Then add dry ingredients. Mix well. Dropped by measuring tablespoon on an ungreased cookie sheet. Baked at 350 for 10 to 12 minutes.
