Ingredients

    1 cup, chopped Onions, raw
    2 clove Garlic
    1 cup Bell peppers (Green, Red, Yellow, Orange)
    3 cup Green Giant Riced Cauliflower
    2 cup Brussels sprouts, fresh
    1.5 cup Beans, black
    1 tsp Kosher Salt (by 65PLUS1)
    2 tsp Cumin - ground (1 tsp) (by INFORM555)
    1.5 tsp Paprika
    1 cup Salsa
    2 cup, pieces or slices Mushrooms, fresh
    50 grams Cilantro, raw

Tips

Use different types mushrooms or salsa.


Directions

Saute onion and garlic
Add peppers, stir
Add cauliflower and seasonings and shaved sprouts and mushrooms.
Cook until tender
Add beans and salsa
Cook an additional few minutes until tender.
Add cilantro, stir and serve.
