    1.5 tsp Baking Powder
    1 dash Salt
    .5 cup, packed Raisins
    4 tsp packed Brown Sugar
    1 tbsp Cinnamon, ground
    1 fl oz Water, tap
    22 serving Stevia - Pure Via All Natural Zero Calorie Sweetener
    1 tbsp Lemon juice

Directions

GREASE BOTTOM AND SIDES OF A 10 INCH PAN. LINE WITH PARCHMENT FOR EASY REMOVAL
PUT RAISINS IN SMALL BOWL WITH WATER STIR TO COAT WITH WATER. LET SET
PEEL, CORE AND CUT APPLES INTO THIN SLICES.
IN A MEDIUM BOWL CREAM BUTTER AND SUGAR.
BEAT IN EGGS, LEMON JUICE, ALMOND EXTRACT, AND MILK.
IN SEPARATE BOWL COMBINE FLOUR, BAKING POWDER, AND SALT.
STIR DRY SLOWLY INTO EGG MIXTURE UNTIL SMOOTH.
POUR BATTER INTO PREPARED PAN.
ARRANGE APPLE SLICES AROUND TOP OF BATTER.
IN SMALL BOWL MIX BROWN SUGAR CINNAMON AND RAISINS, STIR TO SMOOTH. MAY NEED A LITTLE MORE WATER.
EVENLY SPREAD RAISIN MIXTURE OVER APPLES.
