3.0 oz Mozzarella Cheese, part skim milk
2.0 tbsp Parmesan Cheese, grated
0.5 tsp Garlic powder
1.0 1tsp Canola Oil
0.5 cup, chopped Onions, raw
1.0 cup Tomato Sauce
1.0 large whole (3" dia) Red Ripe Tomatoes
0.13 tsp Tobasco Sauce
0.5 serving 2 tsp Italian Seasoning
2.0 serving JENNIE-O TURKEY STORE Sweet Lean Italian Turkey Sausage
4.0 gram(s) Bread Crumbs, Panko (Japanese style), Kikkoman-1/2 cup, 30g
5.0 oz No Yolks Whole Grain Egg White Pasta (Noodles)
Directions
Preheat Oven to 350 degrees.
Spray 2 quart casserole dish with cooking spray.
Slice Turkey links into rounds with a sharp knife
Dice Onion and Cut Tomato up into small chunks
in a large pan sprayed with cooking oil brown sausage rounds over medium high heat.
Lower heat, remove sausage and add onions. Sautee onions for 5 minutes then add chunked tomato, tomato sauce and all seasonings and Tobasco sauce.
Return sausage then simmer on low. Be sure to scrape any browned meat from the pan into the mixture.
Cook noodles per package directions, then drain completely and add to pan. Add 2 oz. of shredded mozzarella cheese and 1 Tbsp. of grated parmesan.
Mix all ingredients then transfer to the casserole dish.
Top with remaining cheeses and Panko. Lightly spray top with cooking oil then bake uncovered for 15 to 20 minutes.
Remove from oven and let stand for 5 minutes before cutting into 6 serving pieces. Serve with salad and or fruit.
