I cleaned out my fridge today and decided to make soup. This is what I came up with out of the stuff that needed to be used from my fridge and a little help from my cabinets. Ingredients

    3 quarts of water
    12 tsp Better than Bouillon Beef
    3 carrots
    2 celery stalks
    1 zuchini squash
    1 pound of mushrooms
    1 tbsp minced garlic
    a large pinch of thyme
    salt and pepper to taste

Directions

Mix it all together in a pot and boil until the veggies are tender. It doesn't take long.
