Super simple, veggie dish. Super simple, veggie dish.
Number of Servings: 4

Ingredients

    1 large carrot
    2 bell peppers
    4 white mushrooms
    1 large or 2 small onions
    1/2 cup frozen broad beans
    2 tins chopped tomatoes
    2 tins baked beans
    1 tin kidney beans

    2 tbs paprika / smoked paprika (or a mixture)
    1/2 tbs minced garlic
    1 tsp each of cumin, cayenne pepper, coriander
    salt, pepper, ground chili to taste

Tips

Use whatever veg you have left in the fridge or whichever beans you have in the cupboard!


Directions

Put everything in the slow cooker and give it a quick stir.

Cook on high for 3 hours or low for 5-6

Taste and add seasonings as required.
