Introduction

I used 5 lbs of chicken thighs but this can be reduced if you're not cooking for a large brood!

Ingredients

    1 cup of fat free sour cream
    1 package of dry onion soup mix
    1/4 to 1/2 cup of Kikkoman Lite Soy Sauce low sodium
    5 lbs of chicken thighs (can use less, just adjust cooking time)

Directions

In a bowl mix sour cream and soup mix. Then, whisk in soy sauce until you get a smooth soupy consistency. In a large baking pan, place the chicken thighs and spoon the soup mixture over the chicken. Bake in 350 degree oven for 1.5 hours. Turn the chicken have way through if needed so that the soup mixture will mix with the chicken juices. Delicious!
