    1 medium (2-1/2" dia) Onions, raw
    1 cup Yellow Sweet Corn, Canned
    1.5 cup Beans, black (14 oz can)
    1 cup Tomato Sauce (8 oz can)
    3.5 cup Del Monte Diced Tomatoes, No Salt Added (2 x 14 oz can)
    4 oz diced green chilis, 1can (by LYNNRJ1)
    2 tsp Old El Paso Taco Seasoning Mix (40% Less Sodium)

Directions

cook in crock pot on low for 6 hours
