Ingredients

    1 cup Flour, all-purpose white (30g - 1/4 cup) (by JAGUARLADY77)
    2 tsp Sugar - C&H Pure Cane Granulated White Sugar
    3 serving Eggland's Best Large Egg
    6 tbsp Butter, salted
    1 cup (8 fl oz) Water, tap
    1 cup, unsifted Powdered Sugar
    1.5 mL Water, tap
    .5 tsp Vanilla Extract

Tips

The calculator wouldn't let me choose tsp. For water in the glaze. You can dip the donut or drizzle.


Directions

Bring water, salt, and butter to a boil. Reduce heat to low and add flour while stirring well. It will start to come away from the sides. Remove from heat. Add eggs, beating after each addition until you have a glossy, sticky dough. Pipe through 1/2 in. pastry flute in circles on greased sheet. Bake at 450* for 5 min. Then reduce oven to 350* and continue baling for 15 min. Turn oven off, crack open the door, and let them set for 5-10 min. More. Dip or drizzle in glaze made of 1 cup powdered sugar, 1 1/2 tsp. Water, and 1/2 tsp. Vanilla extract.
