    1 bunch of dandelion leaves
    1 bunch of parsley
    1 in. (2.5 cm) piece of ginger
    2 apples
    1 zucchini (courgette)
    1 cucumber


Tips

Substitutions:

Dandelion leaves – spinach, kale, lettuce
Parsley – mint, watercress, lettuce
Ginger – turmeric
Apple – pear, pineapple
Zucchini – celery, cucumber
Cucumber – celery, zucchini
