Ingredients

    1 medium banana
    1 cup strawberries, fresh or frozen (defrosted)
    1/2 cup fat free plain or vanilla yogurt
    1 Tbsp sliced almonds

Directions

Peel and split banana, place halves in a serving bowl or dish. Top with the strawberries, yogurt, and almonds. Enjoy your healthy and yummy breakfast!

    Found something very similar in the Biggest Loser Family Cookbook. I top it with homemade granola instead of almonds and drizzle with a tiny bit of sugar free chocolate syrup. Yum! - 4/26/11
