Ingredients
-
4 oz. uncooked spaghetti
1/2 lb. lean turkey burger
1 c. salsa
1/4 c. taco sauce
1 c. cottage cheese, fat free
3 egg whites
1/3 c. shredded parmesan cheese
1/4 c. shredded cheddar cheese
Directions
Cook spaghetti according to package directions. Meanwhile, saute turkey burger in nonstick skillet until browned; stir in salsa and taco sauce.
In small bowl, combine cottage cheese and one egg white; set aside. Drain spaghetti, add parmesan cheese, and remaining egg whites. Press onto bottom and up sides of 9" pie plate coated with cooking spray. Spoon cottage cheese mixture into crust. Top with meat mixture.
Bake, uncovered, at 350 for 20 minutes. Sprinkle with cheddar cheese and bake 5 minutes longer. Let stand 5 minutes before slicing. Pie will "set" and be easier to slice after setting.
