Introduction

Kitchen Sink Tuna Salad (Whatever I had on hand at the time) Kitchen Sink Tuna Salad (Whatever I had on hand at the time)
Number of Servings: 2

Ingredients

1.0 tsp or 1 packet Yellow Mustard
    0.5 cup Sweet Corn, Fresh
    2.0 oz Barilla Elbow Macaroni
4.0 tbsp Kraft miracle whip regular
4.0 oz StarKist Chunk Light Tuna in Water (5 oz can = 4 oz tuna)
0.5 cup Peas, Birdseye Frozen Select Sweet Garden Peas
0.25 serving 1 Med. Green Bell Pepper

Directions

1. Cook pasta and peas according to directions. 2. Chop green pepper and corn if needed ( I had a fresh ear from dinner the day before). 3. Drain tuna and add all ingredients into a large bowl. 4. Stir together and season to taste (I only used salt, pepper, and paprika) It made just over 3 cups total, So I split in half to make two meals paired with hard boiled egg, but it's definitely enough to have as a side over the week in smaller portions. The calories listed are for 1/2 the recipe as made. Serving Size: 1.5 cups
